### Terms and Conditions for Team Bates Professionals LLC

Welcome to Team Bates Professionals LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities, and by engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

 2. Services Description

Team Bates Professionals LLC provides fitness training and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice to you.

 3. Membership Eligibility and Requirements

- You must be at least 18 years old to become a member or use our services without parental or guardian consent.

- Proper attire, including athletic footwear and clothing, is required for participation in all activities. Inappropriate clothing may result in denial of access to certain services.

 4. Fees and Payments

- Fees for our services are due as stated in your membership agreement or service contract.

- Members entering into a payment plan are responsible for all payments agreed upon in the plan. If a plan is cancelled before its completion, the member is responsible for an early termination fee equivalent to two months of payments.

 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- **General Cancellations:** Members have the right to cancel their membership within 3 days of purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.

- **6-Hour Cancellation:** You must cancel any scheduled sessions at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to the session cost.

- **Relocation Cancellation:** If you permanently relocate more than 20 miles away from our facility, you may cancel your membership with proof of relocation.

 6. Membership Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you fail to comply with these terms, including failure to make payments or adhere to our cancellation policy.

7. Code of Conduct

- Respect all members and staff; disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

- Follow staff instructions regarding safety and equipment use.

- Keep personal belongings in designated areas; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Limitation of Liability

Team Bates Professionals LLC will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our facilities or services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Bates Professionals LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your actions or use of our services.

 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your agreement to the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Team Bates Professionals LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 Addendum: Session Expiration Policy

For each session purchased, clients are required to complete their sessions within a designated timeframe to ensure consistent training and progress:

- **Single Session:** Each session must be completed within 1.5 weeks from the date of purchase.

- **Session Packages:** For packages of sessions:

  - 4 sessions are to be completed within 1.5 weeks per session. (6 weeks)

  - 8 and 12 session packages provide 0.75 weeks per session to complete all sessions. (8 sessions=6 weeks  12 sessions=8 weeks)

This structured timeframe helps manage scheduling and availability effectively, ensuring all clients receive the attention and service they require within a reasonable and specified timeframe.
